Since lockdown in March 2020, Immediate has been tracking consumer reaction to coronavirus through our Insiders panel.

We have now completed two waves of research looking at changing media and shopping behaviours, personal concerns and views on life post-lockdown. More than 2,500 respondents were surveyed in March and April 2020. Here’s a summary of the findings:
